Vigor is the agency company that Princess Carolyn, Laura, Mr. Witherspoon, and some other recurring characters work/worked at in BoJack Horseman. It first appeared in the pilot, in Season 1.
Physical Appearance[]
It is a large grey building situated in Hollywoo and has an overlooking view on the beach. The logo has the company name written in dark blue letters. The interior has offices.
Background[]
Princess Carolyn began working there as an intern in the early 90's, with the dream of becoming an agent. She was forced to do tasks like watering the plants, she became the assistant to Marv, who was the agent of BoJack Horseman.
Season 1[]
In 2014, the agency sloppily merged with another agency, resulting in many people being fired and hired simultaneously. Vanessa Gekko was also hired during this time.
Season 2[]
In 2015, Rutabaga Rabitowitz and Princess Carolyn, both agents, planned to start their own agency, while having a secret affair.
They do so, starting VIM, their agency. Before leaving the company finally, they decide to burn some bridges. It is then revealed that Mr. Witherspoon had passed, due to having a stroke, leaving Charley Witherspoon and the Utah Jazz to run the agency.
During this, Princess Carolyn realized Rutabaga was an egotistical and selfish person. Since Rutabaga had used Princess Carolyn's name on all of the documents, Princess Carolyn fired him from her agency, leaving him unemployed and ending their affair as well.
She starts her own working company, while Rutabaga and Vanessa Gekko start their own agency.

In The BoJack Horseman Show, Princess Carolyn became an actual agent when Marv quit, feeling he wasted his life.
