Henry Winkler was a friend of Herb Kazzaz. At Herb's funeral, Henry dedicates a bench in his honor. Henry gives the attendants a recap of Herb's last moments before reading his final tweets.
When Princess Carolyn pretends that she and Herb were good friends, Henry presents her with Herbs ashes. Princess Carolyn didn't actually know Herb and just attended his funeral to network with his famous friends.

There is a running gag throughout the episode where various characters, including Henry Winkler himself, recall Henry's past acting credits whilst omitting Happy Days, a sitcom which Winkler is mostly associated with.
Much like his real-life counterpart, Henry Winkler is a funny, nice, friendly, and mostly upbeat kind of guy who has difficulty dealing with dyslexia. He is a much respected television actor, mostly known for his role as The Fonz on Happy Days.
