In her first appearance, she comes off as a cute, charming, and nice woman who is talking through webcam with Todd.

She goes so far as to pretend to be living in Asia as part of her scam and acting like she does not speak English when she in actual fact can speak it fluently.
Later, she drops the sweet and nice facade and yells at him for lying to her about being rich while only having a bit less than a hundred dollars in English.
She's needlessly cruel to Todd once the gig's up and she doesn't get the money she thought she would.
As it turns out, her scam doesn't go the way she intended: she receives little money for it and has wasted a lot of time in planning. Sure, she isn't caught, but she has little to show for her actions. However, she receives little to no repercussions from stealing from Todd and possibly other people's accounts.
